RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Younggenius purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging.
