SHIPPING 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
Estimated delivery times:
International shipments: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, customs processes, or high-demand seasons.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer (incorrect address, recipient absent, etc.), the package may be returned to the sender.
In this case, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or re-shipping costs for the order.

ITEMS MARKED AS DELIVERED

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that appear as “delivered” according to the shipping company’s tracking system.
We recommend that orders be shipped to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
