SHIPPING
• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package.
• Estimated delivery times:
• International shipments: 7–14 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, customs processes, or high-demand seasons.
FAILED DELIVERIES
• If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer (incorrect address, recipient absent, etc.), the package may be returned to the sender.
• In this case, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or re-shipping costs for the order.
ITEMS MARKED AS DELIVERED
• We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that appear as “delivered” according to the shipping company’s tracking system.
• We recommend that orders be shipped to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
