RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Younggenius purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

• Returns are not accepted on personalized items.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

WARRANTY AND QUALITY

At Younggenius, we are committed to offering high-quality products. Therefore, we offer a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects or damage present upon receipt of the product.

If your item has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you can contact us with evidence (photo or video), and our team will evaluate the case to offer a product replacement or a suitable solution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, contact with chemicals, or improper use of the product.

In the event that the product cannot be replaced due to lack of stock, we may offer store credit or an alternative solution.

The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official store.
